At All India Citizens Seva Sangam (AICSS), every contribution entrusted to us is handled with responsibility, integrity and transparency. Our purpose is to transform generosity into meaningful assistance while maintaining proper procedures, verification, approval and accountable financial administration.
We believe that responsible service begins with trust. Welfare assistance is therefore considered according to the applicable programme requirements, verified circumstances, available resources and approved procedures.
The Humanitarian Welfare Programmes of AICSS may be introduced progressively in Phase I, Phase II, Phase III, Phase IV and such further phases as may be considered necessary. The introduction of any additional programme or phase may be considered after consultation with Registered Organisations and having regard to humanitarian needs, social priorities, operational experience, availability of funds, administrative preparedness and other relevant considerations, subject to the approval of the Governing Board.
Phase I focuses on practical humanitarian welfare assistance, including funeral assistance, critical medical assistance, limited family support, access to applicable government welfare schemes, grief support, health initiatives and approved education assistance, subject to the AICSS Handbook, verification, availability of funds and approval.
Communities and institutions may grow, but systems of care do not always grow at the same pace. When welfare needs arise suddenly—because of illness, bereavement, educational hardship or other personal crises—organisations may wish to help but may not always have a common process for verification, documentation, financial administration and accountable follow-up.
AICSS seeks to help address this gap by providing a common humanitarian welfare framework through Registered Organisations and institutional partnerships.
Our approach is simple: the local organisation remains close to its people, while AICSS helps provide the structure behind responsible welfare support.

AICSS believes that effective humanitarian assistance requires more than goodwill. It requires trusted partnerships, verified need, responsible administration and clear accountability.
We therefore work primarily through Registered Organisations and recognised institutional partners that remain closely connected to the people and communities they serve. The participating organisation helps maintain the relevant records, identify genuine welfare needs and submit eligible cases through the prescribed process.
AICSS provides the common welfare framework behind the service, including appropriate verification, documentation, approval procedures, financial administration and record-based accountability. Assistance is considered according to the applicable programme requirements, verified circumstances, availability of funds and approved procedures.
We work through documented organisations and institutional partners rather than unsupported or unverified claims.
Welfare applications are considered on the basis of relevant records, programme requirements, verification and supporting documentation.
Contributions and approved assistance are administered through authorised banking or approved digital payment channels, with appropriate financial and documentary records.
Relevant records relating to applications, approvals and assistance are maintained in accordance with applicable procedures. Appropriate information or supporting documents may be produced to donors, Government or other competent authorities when lawfully required or appropriately requested.
The participating organisation remains close to its own people and communities, while AICSS provides a structured welfare platform that supports responsible administration and common accountability.
